President / CEO

As the President and CEO, Aundrea is responsible for steering the organization strategically while spearheading growth initiatives. Under her guidance and direction, the organization has experienced remarkable progress by solidifying its position as a market leader in the facility maintenance and construction industry. With an unwavering focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, she consistently seeks out new opportunities for expansion and diversification, ensuring the long-term sustainability and success of the company. 

She holds a dual degree in Communication and Construction Management, providing her with a unique blend of expertise to address various facets of the organization’s operations. Additionally, she has earned an Executive MBA from the esteemed University of Houston-C.T. Bauer College of Business, empowering her with an in-depth understanding of business dynamics and managerial acumen.  Her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth has led her to be an alumni of the prestigious Harvard Business School OPM (Owner/President Management) program, further enhancing her leadership capabilities and strategic vision.

As Vice President of Sales, his impact on the company’s growth and success is undeniable. Tasked with spearheading strategic growth initiatives and overall business advancement for our national accounts, he consistently proves to be a driving force behind our achievements. 

His leadership style is characterized by an unwavering commitment to excellence and a results-driven focus. By fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales team, he ensures that the organization consistently meets and exceeds its revenue targets. His ability to motivate and inspire his team members to excel has resulted in a cohesive and dynamic sales force, dedicated to achieving collective success. 

His educational background at Trevecca University has provided him with a strong foundation in business principles and management practices. Moreover, as an ambitious individual with a thirst for knowledge he has honed his skills through years of hands-on experience in the sales domain, allowing him to leverage both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise effectively.

As Director of Operations, Jillian is a driving force behind the success of our organization, bringing a unique blend of operations, marketing and customer service expertise and extensive sales knowledge to the table. Her multifaceted role revolves around not only understanding client needs but also proactively developing and sourcing new products that align perfectly with those requirements.  She is a dynamic leader, with unparalleled dedication and acumen.  

With a degree in Marketing, Jillian is continuously seeking opportunities to grow and learn, committed to exploring various paths to achieve personal and professional success.
